PHPUnit test harness for Komodo

This test is designed to trigger a fatal error while processing a unit test. For this reason, it must be run separately and can't be part of the PHPUnit test suite validating the harness. Inspect the output manually. While exiting, the flawed test must not die silently. In addition to the stack trace, an error must be emitted for processing by Komodo.
